Judah City Church Leadership
Judah City Church is blessed to have a leadership team who are truly dedicated to Christ and accomplishing His will. Following are brief bio's of our leadership team and their qualifications for ministry.
Marc L. Minerella
Judah City Church’s Founder and Lead Pastor has an active ministry presence locally, nationally, and internationally for more than 20 years.
Pastor Marc Minerella is known as a man after God's own heart! Having founded Judah City Church in 2014, his great love, faith and dedication as a small church plant continues to foster purpose and passion for those seeking a relationship in Christ. Believing in The Greatness and Goodness of God, his desire has always been to place people before church programs, as his vision continues to form and shape a unique passion for helping others live out a life devoted to God, devoted to each other, and devoted to our communities.
In 1993, the Spirit of God began to move upon his heart to enter into full-time ministry. Since that time thousands have come to know our Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. Men, women and students, locally, nationally & internationally, have been challenged to live the abundant life, to reach their full potential as a generation on fire for God; Truth, love and the passion for Jesus Christ as their tools; Untold numbers of saints have been encouraged by the Word and the real, relevant, and relational ministries hosted by Pastor Marc and his ministry teams.
Pastor Marc is a graduate of Northpoint Bible College, formerly known as Zion Bible College where he earned his Pastoral, Christian Education, Musical & Biblical degrees. With over 20 years of diverse ministry experience, he continues to profoundly impact this generation for Christ by combining a great anointing with the passion for a “Davidic Worship style – Worship without Boundaries.” Like David, he seeks to be a man after God's own heart (1 Samuel 13:14) who set forth principles, guidelines, and patterns of worship according to the directions he received from the Lord. With this at the forefront of his ministry, he focuses on the love of all, the goal of breaking down cultural, international, and denominational barriers, and the uniting as one in worship to meet the needs of those he serves.
As Lead Pastor, it is Pastor Marc’s desire to best equip others so that they may succeed in their area of strength giving them opportunity to grow, serve, and lead, as he hosts the many initiatives of Judah City Church as being “not your average church." Weekly, the goal is to bring together many dynamics in teaching the Word of God and celebrating in worship, with real, relevant, and relational ways to learn and grow together. His key initiative and agenda at Judah City is to be all about people. Without compromise and together, all can dedicate their lives to Christ, each other, and community in seeing transformation in today’s generation. As a Minister of Music, Pastor Marc has sat under many great leaders including Pastor Clint Brown in Orlando Florida and has ministered directly with Reverend Ron Kenoly in the New England area, and others nationally.
Pastor Marc and his wife Stacie reside in Marlborough, Massachusetts with their two sons, Lawson and Lucano, and their daughter Livianna.

Worship Leader / Youth Ministry
Jordan has been deeply involved in worship and youth ministry in the local church for 15+ years. While working in a youth director role and seeing the great numbers of students entering college who are falling away from God and the church, his heart has grown heavy for the importance of ministry to the next generation of the church. Along with this, Jordan hopes to use his years of experience as a worship leader and trainer to further equip and lead Judah City to take active roles in leading God’s people into sincere God-glorifying worship.
Jordan was blessed to grow up in a Christian home with parents and older siblings who modeled for him God’s love. He understood at a young age the salvation through Jesus Christ that was offered to him. It wasn’t until he was 14 that he really surrendered his life to Christ and understood that there were greater things to live for than this world could offer.
Jordan met his wife, Judy, at the Logan airport in Boston en route to a missionary orientation in Denver, CO. They remained good friends and later entered a yearlong courtship before getting married in April of 2016.
Judy is the Director of First Generation Students and ALANA at Assumption College in Worcester, and Jordan works as the Loss Prevention Supervisor at Cumberland Farms Headquarters in Westborough, MA.
Both Judy and Jordan are both actively involved in Church and Campus ministry as well.
Jordan’s parents are Ron and Wendy Heersink. He also has six older siblings and one younger brother.
